Tony Wallace is a seasoned property professional with over 20 years of experience in the Irish real estate sector, specialising in property valuations and property management across Limerick and Galway. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Property Valuation & Management from Technological University Shannon.

Tony is a Recognised European Valuer, and a full member of the IPAV. He has held senior roles in both industry and academia and currently lectures in tenancy law and property valuation methodologies in prominent Universities.

Throughout his career, Tony has led high-value property sales, managed large-scale residential and commercial portfolios, and delivered expert valuation reports for secure lending, legal, and tax purposes. He has also played a key role in developing property management systems, training teams, and representing clients at Residential Tenancy Board hearings.

Tony’s deep understanding of the local property markets in Limerick and Galway, combined with his academic insight and regulatory knowledge, ensures clients receive strategic, compliant, and results-driven advice at every stage of the property lifecycle.

Sarah is a highly experienced Retrofit and Sustainability Engineer with nearly 20 years of expertise in domestic energy efficiency. With a strong academic foundation in Sustainable Building Management and Renewable Energy Systems, Sarah has led numerous deep retrofit projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes for property owners and investors across Ireland.

Her work is rooted in a passion for sustainable living and community engagement. Sarah regularly presents to homeowners, investors and community groups, contributes to media outreach, and collaborates with IT teams to trial innovative retrofit technologies. She is also a certified Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessor.

Known for her clear communication, technical precision and leadership, Sarah brings a holistic and people-focused approach to every project. Her ability to build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and local authorities makes her a trusted figure in the retrofit and energy efficiency space.
